NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING ON A PROPOSED LOCAL LAW OF THE TOWN OF PREBLE

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to Section 20 of the Municipal Home Rule Law of the State of New York, and pursuant to a resolution of the Town Board of the Town of Preble, adopted July 13, 2026, said Town Board will hold a public hearing at the Town Hall, 1968 Preble Road, Town of Preble, on September 14, 2026 at 7:00 p.m. to hear all interested parties regarding the adoption of proposed Local Law No. 3 of 2026, titled “Temporary Moratorium for Battery Energy Storage Systems.” Said hearing may be adjourned as necessary.

Further information, including access to a copy of said proposed Local Law, may be obtained at the Town Clerk’s Office, 1968 Preble Road, Preble, New York 13141.
