PREBLE ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS
A public hearing will be held at a meeting of the Preble Zoning Board of Appeals at the Preble Town Hall, 1968 Preble Road, Preble, New York on Thursday, September 5, 2024, at 7:00 p.m. to review the area variance application of Miller-Eaton Enterprises LLC to subdivide a 1.39 acre parcel into two lots with regard to premises at Palmer Road - Tax Map No. 17.06-01-12.100, in the Town of Preble, and for such other matters as may come before the Board.
