The Preble Zoning Board of Appeals meets the 1st Thursday of each month at 7:00 pm at the Preble Town Hall, 1968 Preble Road.
Agenda for the monthly meeting scheduled for Thursday, October 1, 2026:
1. Public hearing and regular meeting for the application of Jerry and Kathleen Bartleson for an area variance to reconstruct their lakeside cottage on Song Lake. The footprint would remain the same, would increase the distance from a neighboring property, and would be moved from the water's edge to meet the 20 foot requirement.

PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE
A public hearing will be held at a meeting of the Preble Zoning Board of Appeals at the Preble Town Hall, 1968 Preble Road, Preble, New York on Thursday, October 1, 2026, at 7:00 p.m. for the purpose of reviewing the area variance application of Jerry and Kathleen Bartleson with regard to premises at 7432 Song Lake Road (Tax Map No. 7.18-01-23.000) in the Town of Preble.
